Make sure that you log in to EA Desktop or Origin using the EA Account you want to add your game to. If there’s no code in your confirmation email, check to see if your game is already on your account. This is mostly for older third-party games, so you might not get a code in your email. If you need the code for any reason, you may have gotten it in your email receipt when you made your purchase.
